Shipping and Payment Terms

Ordering process

If you would like to order an item, you can add it to your shopping cart using the corresponding button. You can then either continue with the ordering process right away or add more items to your shopping cart. Using the link "to the shopping cart" at the top right, you can view the items currently in your cart at any time. Here you can also remove items or place the order for the cart. Once the ordering process has been completed in full, unfortunately nothing can be changed. If you would like to order more items afterwards, simply place a new order and do not pay for the old one. It will then expire automatically, or you can send us a quick email so that we can delete the order. The same applies to the payment method. If you would like to change the payment method afterwards, for example from credit card to cash payment, this is only possible by placing a new order.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are generally based on the quantity, value, weight, and recipient country of the ordered items. Therefore, they cannot be stated as a flat rate, but are calculated individually. Of course, the shipping costs can be viewed in a summary before completing an order. To do this, please place all desired items in the shopping cart and fill in your personal details. Only then can the shipping costs be calculated and displayed.

Please note that the shipping costs are the total costs for shipping, meaning not only the pure postage costs, but also the costs for packaging materials and handling. In addition, we make every effort to ensure shipping is as CO2-neutral as possible.

Shipping process

After payment, the goods will be shipped with DHL within a few working days (usually 1-2 working days after receipt of payment). If an item is currently out of stock, it may take a little longer. Should it take longer, we will of course inform you immediately and reserve the right to make partial deliveries. We always make sure that you receive your goods as quickly as possible and enjoy them.

Delivery is always made in a neutral envelope with no indication of the contents or sender! So there is nothing about fetish, gay, or Sk8erboy on the envelope!

If the delivery does not arrive or there are any other problems, please contact us via the contact form or through the usual channels.

Please note that the delivery must be cleared through customs and taxed by you yourself, unless this has already been done. This applies to all non-EU and third countries.

More information about our shipping partner DHL can be found here.

Incorrect deliveries / defective goods / exchange / return

Unfortunately, things do not always go smoothly, even though we always do our best. If you receive a delivery that does not contain the items you wanted, if the delivery or goods are damaged, or if there is any other reason for complaint, we ask you to send us a short email via the contact form. Please contact us immediately after receiving the goods, as we may not be able to consider delayed reports. You will then receive a replacement delivery promptly. As a rule, we will ask you to return the goods in question as proof.

An exchange or return of the goods is generally possible, but only if the goods are in their original packaging and undamaged. Please get in touch with us and you will then receive a return address. Be sure to include the sender's details and enclose a copy of the invoice so that we can correctly assign the return! Please note that we can only provide you with a return label within Germany. The cost of a return is €7,99 per parcel, which will be deducted from the possible refund amount. You will then receive either a refund of the purchase price (excluding postage) or, if you prefer, a voucher for the corresponding amount for a future order with us.

Special feature: Shipping method "Deutsche Post Warenpost International (uninsured). If you select this shipping method, the shipment is uninsured and only includes limited tracking. Shipping is at the buyer's own risk, provided that we are not ourselves responsible for the loss or damage of the shipment (e.g. due to incorrect addressing or inadequate packaging). A replacement or refund in the event of loss or damage during transit is therefore not possible.

Payment options

As a rule, we only accept advance payment due to bad experiences in the past, meaning that payment must be received by us in full before the shipment is sent. You can choose from the following payment options:

Credit card - the fastest and easiest way
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. Only the neutral name of our billing company appears on the credit card statement. So nothing about gay or fetish. After the data has been entered and verified, the order is considered paid and can be shipped immediately. A major advantage compared to bank transfer and cash by mail. If payment still does not work despite entering the correct details, we ask you to pay using one of the other payment methods offered. Sometimes cards, especially those from abroad, are not accepted for inexplicable reasons.

In addition, we offer you the following common payment methods in our online shop for simple processing of your order:

  • PayPal
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Amazon Pay
  • Instant bank transfer / Klarna
  • Shop Pay (by Shopify)
  • Direct debit

Disposal

Separate collection of waste equipment
Electrical and electronic equipment that has become waste is referred to as waste equipment. Owners of waste equipment must dispose of it separately from unsorted municipal waste. In particular, waste equipment does not belong in household waste, but in special collection and return systems.

Batteries and rechargeable batteries
Owners of waste equipment must generally separate waste batteries and waste rechargeable batteries that are not enclosed by the waste equipment from it before handing it over at a collection point. This does not apply insofar as the waste equipment is handed over to public waste disposal authorities and is separated there from other waste equipment for the purpose of preparation for reuse.

Options for returning waste equipment
Owners of waste equipment from private households can hand it in at the collection points of public waste disposal authorities or at take-back points set up by manufacturers or distributors within the meaning of the ElektroG. You can find an online directory of collection and take-back points here: www.ear-system.de/ear-verzeichnis/sammel-und-ruecknahmestellen.jsf

Data protection notice
Waste equipment often contains sensitive personal data. This applies in particular to information and telecommunications technology equipment such as computers and smartphones. In your own interest, please note that each end user is responsible for deleting the data on the waste equipment to be disposed of.

Meaning of the symbol of the "crossed-out wheeled bin"

The symbol of a crossed-out wheeled bin regularly shown on electrical and electronic equipment indicates that the respective device must be collected separately from unsorted municipal waste at the end of its service life.

In addition to these symbols, you will also find the following symbols below with the following meanings:

Pb: Battery contains lead
Cd: Battery contains cadmium
Hg: Battery contains mercury
